Unfortunately, the air conditioning was non-functional due to local regulations, making the stay uncomfortable with a mosquito issue in the room. The bathroom amenities could have been better as well, only offering the basics.

The service was great, I mean they really made us feel at home. The kitchenette was a lifesaver, especially when we needed to prepare a quick breakfast for the kids.

The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delightful selection of fresh pastries and quality meats. My room, while compact, was clean and well-decorated, making it feel cozy. One downside was that it got a bit warm, but it was manageable with the window open during the night.

A hidden gem in Venice

The location was superb, just a few steps from the water bus stop and surrounded by quaint streets. The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring fresh pastries that started our day right.

However, the room was quite small and felt cramped, particularly when trying to store our luggage. We also encountered some noise in the mornings from the adjacent kitchen area that affected our sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially lounging by the beautiful courtyard and soaking up the sun on the terrace. The only downside was the breakfast area being a bit crowded at times, but it didn't ruin my trip. I’d recommend packing light for easier movement around the hotel!
